Sunday evening turned tense in Anthony, Texas, after a man was struck by a vehicle along the 8500 block of Doniphan Drive, bringing traffic to a standstill and drawing a major emergency response.
Anthony Police took the lead on the investigation, with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office assisting at the scene. Both northbound and southbound lanes near the crash site were shut down as first responders worked and investigators began documenting the area.
