The Tewksbury Police Department responded to the scene under the Interstate 495 overpass on Main Street around 9:30 p.m., where they discovered a grey SUV with considerable damage, positioned against the bridge and resting on its side, according to NBC Boston.
Following the crash, the Tewksbury Fire Department extricated the sole occupant of the SUV, who was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
