The arresting officer detected the odor of alcohol from Seelig's vehicle, prompting a DUI investigation. Seelig initially claimed to have consumed just two beers, but his girlfriend conceded to officers that the pair had each enjoyed two beers and two shots. These remarks were corroborated by court documents obtained by KFOX-TV.
