The San Diego Sheriff's Office has issued an alert for a missing teenager, 15-year-old Matthew, last seen in Encinitas. The youth, identified as a white male approximately 5'10" tall with brown hair, was spotted near the intersection of El Camino Norte and N. Rancho Santa Fe Road at 1810 hours.
Matthew's attire at the time included a white shirt, black pants, and basketball shoes, according to a social media post from the San Diego Sheriff's Office.
