The decision to rescind the alert follows her disappearance from the vicinity of Citrus Road and Olive Avenue near Waddell.
Details on the circumstances of Raylynn's disappearance and her subsequent discovery remain scant, the Department of Public Safety has not publicly shared any further information regarding her case, her return was not accompanied by the usual release of details one might expect in such situations; however, the cancellation indicates that at least on the surface, the immediate concern for her welfare has been quelled.
