The Wright County Sheriff's Office has released its arrest report for the week ending on December 29, 2025, cataloguing a series of arrests ranging from domestic assault to controlled substance charges; among these arrests, at least six individuals were apprehended for driving while intoxicated (DWI).
With the holiday season in full swing, the Sheriff's office reported a slight uptick in DWI-related arrests, highlighting cases such as Matthew Curtis Wilson, a 41-year-old from Norwood Young America, who was arrested on a first-degree DWI warrant in Carver County, and Whitney Tugbe Browne, a 33-year-old from St Michael picked up on a domestic assault charge, not to overlook Jamis Ray Forward, 36, of Buffalo, nabbed on dual counts involving a controlled substance the details of which were sourced from the official Wright County Sheriff's Office report.
The arrest log also documented several instances of drug-related offenses; Kayla Lyn Boudin, Anna Laura Meredith, and Pedro Abraham Munoz were among those detained for controlled substance violations, alongside Dale Damous Strey, who faced charges for receiving stolen property, demonstrating the diverse nature of crimes addressed by county law enforcement agencies during the week.
Apart from the arrests, the Sheriff's office provided data on traffic-related incidents, including 34 property damage accidents, 4 personal injury accidents, 4 hit-and-run accidents, and 7 car-deer accidents, along with 83 tickets issued for miscellaneous traffic violations—a reflection of the inevitable rise in traffic issues during the holiday period, as reported by the official arrest report.
