Britt is to ultimately face arraignment in Roxbury District Court on charges that include Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, and Distribution of Class B. Additionally, trafficking charges will be levied against him in Brockton District Court. Meanwhile, his relative, 35-year-old Jarad Britt, turned himself in to the authorities in Brockton District Court on Thursday. He faces charges of unlawful firearm possession, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and trafficking of cocaine weighing more than 200 grams. Notably, the elder Britt is also be accused of Trafficking of Cocaine, supplementing his pre-existing legal woes.
