Arizona's business community is set to experience a digital upgrade with the Arizona Corporation Commission's unveiling of a new online business filing portal. Named the Arizona Business Center, the platform is expected to go live at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. Replacing the previous eCorp system, this updated portal touts a range of modern features designed to improve customer interaction and provide a more robust security framework, as touted by the Arizona Corporation Commission.
The new Arizona Business Center focuses on customer service, offering a portal with multiple language options, including Spanish. A File Tracker feature allows business owners to monitor the progress of their filings, replacing previous in-person or mail-based submission methods.
The platform now provides Annual Report Reminders to help businesses meet regulatory requirements. Certified copies of filings can be ordered online, and Certificates of Good Standing include QR code verification for faster authentication.
Until the new portal launches on January 12, 2026, the Arizona Corporation Commission will accept only paper filings, either in person at its Phoenix or Tucson offices, by mail, or by fax. Digital transactions, including business searches, will be available after the system debuts. Assistance is available at (602) 542-3026 or [email protected].
