The City of Coon Rapids is on the hunt for individuals and collectives championing sustainability, as nominations for the Earth Month Sustainability Awards are now open. According to the city's official announcement, residents, businesses, and organizations engaged in eco-friendly practices are eligible for recognition by the Sustainability Commission.
Nominations can be submitted via email to [email protected] until February 28, with award ceremonies slated for a City Council meeting this April, as per the City of Coon Rapids. Nominations are open for individuals and entities who have likewise made strides in conservation or innovative environmental practices.
