Pablo's, a multiroom nightclub and cocktail playground, is rising in downtown Phoenix and is expected to open later in 2026. The team is transforming a 1952 Spanish-style building near McKinley Street and First Avenue into roughly 9,000 square feet of bars, lounges and a late-night dance room.
Saguaro Nights Entertainment Group is behind the project, which is already under construction at the McKinley and First Avenue site and will total about 9,000 square feet. Construction management is being handled by LGE Design Build, according to KTAR.
Rooms And Vibe
Inside, Pablo's is designed as a series of distinct spaces that reward wandering instead of camping out in one corner all night. Project materials and local reporting outline Pablo’s Living Room with skull-themed decor and a central bar; the Den, which comes with a velvet conversation pit and a mirrored ceiling capped by a chandelier; a Billiards Room that nods to lucha libre culture with pool tables and dominoes; and Night Tiger, a darker, DJ-focused dance room set under a glowing ceiling, as detailed by WhatNow.
Drinks, Design And Construction
Barter & Shake Creative Hospitality is steering Pablo's cocktail program, with Mat Snapp leading drink development. On the design side, Crater, the hospitality division of Arkham Projects, is responsible for the interiors. The renovation is overseen by LGE Design Build and reportedly kicked off in October as the team works toward a 2026 opening window, per Fabulous Arizona.
Where It Fits In Downtown
Pablo's will sit next to the new Saiya apartment community and is part of a broader push to amp up late-night hospitality in downtown Phoenix. "The project aims to create a nightlife experience that feels layered, transportive and distinctly their own," Saguaro Nights managing partner Cary Prewitt said, as reported by KTAR. For those tracking the build-out and eventual opening date, sign-ups for updates are available through Saguaro Nights and Pablo's website.
