According to CultureMap, the kitchen trims the menu to a handful of greatest hits: chicken tinga and beef picadillo tacos, three varieties of enchiladas, and burritos, while chips, guacamole, and Con Huevos’ pillowy flour tortillas are sold à la carte. The packs start at family size and can be scaled up to feed much larger gatherings, CultureMap reports. Owner Hugo Garcia opened Con Huevos in 2019 as a small East Side counter, and weekend lines have since turned it into a neighborhood staple, according to the San Antonio Express-News.
