A 16-year-old boy has not been seen since he was near East Central High School earlier this week, and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is now asking the public for help finding him. Dadrien Segovia was last seen near the campus at 7173 FM 1628 on Tuesday and never returned home, according to officials.
Segovia’s current whereabouts remain unknown, officials say, according to KENS 5. The outlet reports he stands about 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs around 190 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. At last contact, he was wearing dark basketball shorts and a colored T-shirt.
What Investigators Are Asking the Public to Do
The sheriff’s office is directing anyone with information to contact its Missing Persons Unit by phone at 210-335-6000 or by email at [email protected], per the same report. No further details about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance have been released.
This is the second time in recent weeks that Bexar County deputies have turned to the public for help locating a missing teenager. In October, the sheriff’s office sought help finding 15-year-old Robert Duron, who had last been seen about a week earlier on the Northeast Side, according to KSAT.
A Similar Case Last Month
In that case, KSAT reported Duron was last seen around 5:30 p.m. in the 7500 block of Lincoln Village Drive, near Farm-to-Market 78. He was described as 5 feet 1 inch tall and 115 pounds, last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black T-shirt with white lettering and black Crocs.
No update on Duron’s case was included in that report. For now, investigators are focused on finding Segovia, and anyone who has seen him or has information about his disappearance is urged to reach out to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit.
