
On Tuesday at around 12:25 a.m., the Honolulu Fire Department responded to a fire on Sand Island Access Road in Kalihi. Firefighters found a wooden structure and a trailer on fire, as reported by KHON2.
Firefighters arrived at the scene within minutes, and no one was found inside the building. They secured a water supply and had the fire under control by 1:01 a.m., according to Hawaii News Now.
A fire occurred in Kalihi, and authorities are investigating its cause and the damage. Firefighters responded during the night and reminded residents to have working smoke alarms.
