The German Coast Farmers Market will host the 'Kids Krewe du Market Parade' on Saturday next week at 10 a.m. in St. Charles Parish. Children and their families are invited to bring wagons or small floats decorated for the Mardi Gras-themed parade, which will include prizes and live music.
According to St. Charles Parish's Facebook post, check-in for participants begins at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Charles Parish East Regional Library, located at 160 W. Campus Dr. in Destrehan.
The parade is part of the market’s Mardi Gras celebration, offering a family-friendly daytime event for children to enjoy.
