Napoleon, who is of Hawaiian ethnicity and described as approximately 4 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with a medium complexion, brown eyes, and long black hair, was last seen in the vicinity of the 500 block of Waianuenue Avenue in Hilo on the evening of Friday, January 23, according to the Hawaii Island Police.
