
Horizon City Police Department officers arrested a man during a traffic stop on Horizon Blvd following the discovery of an active warrant for his arrest related to a controlled substance offense. According to a social media post by the Horizon City Police Department, Chad Kenneth Horn was the individual taken into custody at approximately 10:30 PM on Thursday, January 8.
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 13000 block of Horizon Blvd, reportedly for an equipment violation. A records check revealed that a Horn had an active full extradition warrant from Archer County, Texas. "Horn was taken into custody without incident and transported to the El Paso County Detention Facility," the Horizon City Police Department shared. His bond was subsequently set at $20,000.
