
Lake Havasu City is setting up a free Lunch & Learn event tailored for contractors who are interested in working on city projects. According to a recent release, the session is scheduled for February 11, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Municipal Courthouse, located at 92 Acoma Boulevard South.
The city, amidst its ongoing investment in various infrastructure initiatives and community enhancements, is looking to strengthen its ties with businesses that take on the vital role of constructing, maintaining, and upholding the community's fabric. At the Lunch & Learn, contractors will get firsthand knowledge on how to interact with the City’s bidding and procurement process. Moreover, there's an open invitation to engage in conversation and to ask questions about upcoming projects.
Registration for the event is already open, with an RSVP deadline of January 31st. It's noted that seating could be limited, hinting at a first-come, first-served basis for the contractors willing to join the session.
