Michael Pearson has been arrested for making threats against a judge and other criminal justice officials in Chattanooga. The Chattanooga Police Department investigated the threats, leading to arrest warrants issued by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) on January 17, 2026.
Pearson was located in Cleveland, Tennessee, taken into custody, and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. He faces one count of Harassment and three counts of Retaliation for Past Actions.
