A tragic burst of gunfire in North Phoenix has resulted in the death of one man and severe injuries to another, this past Friday. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, the shooting took place around 1:30 p.m. on January 2 near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Bell Road. Both men were found with gunshot wounds and taken to a hospital where 25-year-old Manuel Fonseca later succumbed to his injuries.
The second victim, whose identity the police have not disclosed remains in serious but stable condition as the search for the suspects continues, now the police have not yet offered specific information regarding potential suspects nor the events that precipitated the shooting.
