According to New Orleans CityBusiness, the café is planned for 2891 Highway 190 and is slated to open in spring 2026. Founder Yvonne Pichoff, who launched Evolve in 2020, told the outlet, “As a Louisiana-born brand, expanding to the North Shore feels like the right next step.”
New Orleans CityBusiness also reports that the interior is being designed in partnership with AGL Commercial Interiors, a detail that tracks with Evolve’s reputation for intentionally crafted spaces. Company leaders say they will announce launch events closer to the opening, so North Shore caffeine fans will have to sit tight a bit longer.
