According to the official statement released by the Memphis Police Department, the suspects were thereafter observed making their way in the area of Third Street near Brooks Road.
In attempts to locate the individuals, the authorities provided descriptions of the pair, with the first suspect being a thin-built Black female donned in a tan or brown hoodie, black gloves, bearing a small pink backpack, blue jeans, and long black boots. Suspect #2 is a Black male of average build, seen wearing a brown hat with ear flaps, a tan long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and black shoes. The Memphis Police Department urges anyone with insights into the incident to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers at 901-528-CASH.
