Chelsea Forbes, 31, received a 40-year prison sentence from Judge Donald "Chick" Foret of the 24th Judicial District Court after pleading guilty to second-degree rape, sexual battery of a victim under 13 and multiple child-pornography charges, according to court records. Investigators say the case started when federal agents in Florida spotted an illicit live feed that showed an adult fondling a child and using a sex toy. Detectives determined the feed had been shared in a Kik messenger chat, then seized several electronic devices along with the sex toy during a search of the residence.
