The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has successfully concluded a Silver Alert issued for Karen Carter, the Morristown woman who went missing on Friday morning. The TBI confirmed via social media that Carter, aged 68, was found safe. The report comes following efforts by law enforcement and the public to aid in her safe return after her disappearance, which raised concerns due to her medical condition that could impair her ability to return without assistance.
Prior to her being found, the TBI's Silver Alert described Carter as 5'4" and 150 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Last seen in Morristown, she was dressed in a tan jacket and black pants.
