
Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe has appointed Todd Smith as the new Associate Circuit Judge for St. Francois County in the 24th Judicial Circuit. Smith, an attorney from Farmington, has experience in municipal and prosecutorial law. He will fill the vacancy created when Judge Joseph Murray III was elevated to the circuit bench, according to the Governor's office.
Smith has worked at Lauber Municipal Law and previously served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Miller County. He holds a Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School, a Master of Laws from American University Washington College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri–Columbia.
