For Missourians who found themselves navigating the stormy waters of unemployment in 2025, there's a silver lining available online as they tackle their taxes. According to the Missouri Department of Labor, residents who received unemployment benefits last year can access their Form 1099-G digitally.
Individuals can access their 1099-G tax forms online through the UInteract website at uinteract.labor.mo.gov. Users can log in to view, print, or download the form. Unemployment insurance benefits are taxable and must be reported on state and federal tax returns.
The Missouri Division of Employment Security will mail 1099-G forms by January 31 to individuals who did not choose paperless delivery. To find the form online, users should log in to UInteract, select the “View and Print 1099” option, and choose the correct year. Accounts can be created at any time on the same website.
Mailing addresses can also be updated through the UInteract portal. Access to account services requires a user ID and password.
