
The City of Moore, Oklahoma, is launching a new fitness program for children aged 7 to 12 at The Station Recreation Center. According to the City of Moore, Oklahoma - Municipal Government's Post, Fit Kids sessions will be held every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m., starting January 14, 2026, and are designed to promote physical activity through music, games, and basic exercises.
Parents are encouraged to participate alongside their children, making the sessions a family-friendly activity. The program costs $20 per month or is free for Passholders. Registration can be completed at The Station Front Desk or by calling 405-793-5090.
City officials said the initiative aims to foster healthy habits early and provide accessible fitness opportunities for youth. Programs like Fit Kids support efforts to combat childhood obesity and encourage families to be active together.
