Just after midnight on S. Molloy Lane, Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department (MFRD) responded to a vehicle fire. According to the Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department's Post, firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze, but the car was “fully involved” and completely destroyed. No one was injured in the incident, according to the department’s social media post.
Further investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen. The Murfreesboro Fire Marshal’s Office is handling the case and working to determine the cause of the fire.
