The Oceanside community is grappling with a violent incident involving young residents. The Oceanside Police Department divulged details regarding a stabbing that occurred yesterday. Officers were dispatched to the vicinity of Seagaze Drive and Cleveland Street at around 9:20 PM after reports were made of a stabbing incident. Their quick response led them to a male juvenile, who was found with multiple stab wounds, and was promptly airlifted to a local hospital for urgent care. Oceanside Police Department indicated the severity of the victim's injuries, but stopped short of providing a current status.
An investigation into the stabbing ensued, with detectives managing to locate security footage of the incident. Operating on this visual evidence, they soon identified a suspect, another male juvenile, who is believed to have been involved in the attack.
