An anonymous mother told News 9 that she had observed visible mold in the bathrooms and that the washers had leaked and flooded twice. According to her, air-conditioning issues began as early as August and September, leaving students to deal with leaking ceilings, inconsistent AC, and a full course load, while their families covered unexpected hotel and rental expenses out of pocket.
