A pedestrian met a tragic end last Friday when a truck collided with them near the intersection of West Bonanza Road and North City Parkway, according to a report by News 3 Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to the incident, which culminated in the pedestrian's death, following transport to a local hospital.
The truck driver involved in the deadly encounter remained at the scene, cooperating with authorities; impairment does not seem to be a factor. 8 News Now reported that the accident occurred around 4:58 p.m. near Bonanza Road and Main Street. Due to the ongoing investigation, traffic was directed away from the area, causing delays and reroutes.
