Residents of Allensville Overlook Apartments were awakened early by blaring alarms and the sight of smoke yesterday morning, as a fire broke out on the balcony of one of the units. According to a social media post by the Sevierville Fire Department, units from Stations 3 & 1 were dispatched at 06:49 to the fire alarm activation.
Upgraded to a confirmed structure fire due to multiple reports and a pull station activation, emergency crews were on site within four minutes.
