The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for a missing at-risk senior citizen last seen in San Jose. Imelda Sabanga, who is 71 years old, was reported missing after she was last observed yesterday, near the intersection of Tradan Drive and Pond Way at approximately 10:30 PM.
According to the CHP Alert, Sabanga is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black jacket, blue leggings, and glasses when she went missing.
