On Tuesday, St. Louis Metropolitan Police responded in the Walnut Park neighborhood. During a "Shots Fired" call, a man reportedly brandished a firearm at officers, according to a Facebook post. The incident led to the execution of a search warrant and the arrest of a 20-year-old suspect.
Authorities found four firearms inside the residence, including one with a conversion device allowing fully automatic fire and another reported stolen. The suspect now faces multiple charges, including Unlawful Possession of an Illegal Weapon, UUW – Exhibiting, and UUW – Possessing a Loaded Gun While Intoxicated. No injuries were reported to officers or the public during the incident.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department stated that no officers or members of the public were injured and that the suspect was taken into custody.
