The City of Surprise will host the Tommy Wong Memorial Pickleball Tournament from January 31 to February 3, honoring a local community figure who helped grow the sport. The event, organized by the Surprise Pickleball Association and recognized by the United States Amateur Pickleball Association, will feature multiple doubles categories, including senior mixed doubles, with registration available on the tournament’s webpage, according to the City of Surprise.
Following this, the Junior Battle of the Paddle Pickleball Tournament will take place on March 14–15, giving young players a chance to compete and improve their skills.
