
Yesterday, a shooting in Atlanta's city limits sent two individuals to the hospital with serious injuries. The incident, which unfolded near the address 403 James P. Brawley Drive NW, was responded to by Atlanta Police officers at about 8:28 PM. They discovered a 26-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man, both wounded by gunfire.
The female victim sustained gunshot wounds to her abdomen and leg, while the male victim was shot in the chest and abdomen. Despite their injuries, both remained alert and able to communicate when help arrived. They were quickly transported to a local hospital for emergency care. According to a preliminary statement from the Atlanta Police Department, the shootings appear to involve a known male suspect rather than an unknown assailant.
