The University of Cincinnati's most influential innovation hub, the 1819 Innovation Hub, has recently expanded its entrepreneurial society with the addition of two new corporate partners. According to a report by UC's official publication, N Solutions, a data analytics business, and Incline Wealth Advisors, a financial planning firm, are setting up shop in the hub, providing students and startups with valuable access to real-world expertise in data and wealth management.
As innovators in their respective fields, N Solutions founders Calvin Nurge and Jennifer Nenadov state their mission to transform complex data into usable intelligence with intuitive dashboards and robust data infrastructures. Attracting talent, they plan to integrate into academic life by offering data literacy workshops, connecting with student groups, and participating in hub events. "The 1819 Innovation Hub is exactly the kind of environment where a data-focused company like ours can thrive," Nurge told UC's News release.
On the financial side, Incline Wealth Advisors seeks to engage UC students in collaborative opportunities, especially in marketing and content creation. By settling into the bustling 1819 Innovation Hub, Incline Wealth and N Solutions aim to contribute to the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, fostering wealth management alongside innovative data solutions. John Bovard, the owner of Incline Wealth Advisors, emphasised the importance of community and collaboration in the hub, stating, "From day one, it was the community that stood out," as reported by UC's News service.
Both companies are heavily invested in the local talent pipeline, which they see as critical to shaping the workforce of the future. Already knee-deep in their new environment, Incline Wealth is working closely with UC instructors and student entrepreneurs to contribute to the area's growth, including collaborations with Alex Burkhart, an adjunct instructor teaching entrepreneurship through acquisition. Bovard affirmed the collective mission of the partners at the innovation hub, "That’s how you create long-term impact for businesses, students and the community," according to the UC News release.
With these partnerships, the 1819 Innovation Hub continues to bolster Cincinnati's status as the Silicon Heartland, uniting diverse stages of businesses to innovate and collaborate, fostering a shared future of applied expertise and talent development in data analytics and financial planning.
