Baer, who was last seen near his residence on Princeton Road, is described as donning a red coat, gray hoodie, blue jeans, and blue with gray tennis shoes. In a statement released onto social media by the TBI, the public was informed that he was believed to be on foot and has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
The call for public vigilance is especially urgent given the circumstances of Baer’s disappearance. Daniel requires ongoing support, and being away from the safety of his home increases concern. The Johnson City Police Department urges anyone with information to come forward by calling 423-434-6160 or the TBI hotline at 1-800-TBI-FIND with any sightings or details that could help bring Baer home safely.
