Photos published by KFOX-TV show a banner naming OXXO and Doña Tota Gorditas & Tacos already mounted on one of the buildings at the site. The station identified the property as Abha Plaza and reported that it is still "working to learn" when the new stores might actually open.

Commercial listings identify the project as Abha Plaza at 403 Executive Center Blvd, just off I-10 near Mesa Street and the UTEP area, according to LoopNet. The listing pitches several new retail suites at the center and markets the spot to students, nearby residents, and pass-through commuters.
Oxxo's Push Into The Borderland
Oxxo USA has been steadily expanding across El Paso since acquiring Delek US Holdings' convenience stores and has begun adding new foodservice concepts at some locations. Doña Tota is a decades-old gordita chain that already runs multiple Texas locations, including an existing El Paso outpost, and is known for handmade corn gorditas filled with a range of guisos.
