It's a well-known fact that mixing LEGO® bricks and storytime is akin to combining peanut butter and jelly – they just go together perfectly, especially if you're under the age of five. The City of Arnold is once again catering to its pint-sized residents with the return of Brick Buddies Storytime, an event series that fuses the fun of LEGO® with the magic of stories and the bonus of pool time. Posted on the city's social media, the announcement marks the continuation of an initiative that has been tickling the fancy of tots and their guardians alike.
The LEGO® Build Party starts at 10:00 a.m. on selected dates throughout the year, beginning February 6. Additional dates include April 3, June 5, August 7, October 2, and December 4. The event is free for Rec Center members, $6 for non-members, and free for children 4 and under.
Pre-registration is required to secure a spot. Interested participants can register by calling 636-282-2380 ext. 1411, according to the City of Arnold’s Facebook post.
