The station reports that officers used tourniquets to control the bleeding before the victim was transported to a hospital. Police told KATU they believe the man’s injuries are non-life-threatening.
A Portland Police spokesperson also told the outlet that officers searched the area around the shooting scene but did not find a suspect.
