Investigators say she was last seen on Feb. 22 at about 11:22 p.m., wearing a pink hoodie, black tights and white Crocs, and is believed to have left a residential facility without permission.
A'zire is described as Black, about 5-foot-5 and 170 pounds, with brown eyes and medium-length hair. Officers are urging anyone who may have seen her to come forward.
