The Clayton County Police Department Headquarters Media Room at 7911 North McDonough Street in Jonesboro (MARTA Bus Route #198) will provide shelter today. These sites are available to residents needing a safe place during the cold conditions.
For those without transportation, local organizations Ujimay Way (404-267-1853) and Hearts To Nourish Hope (404-375-5341) will provide rides to the warming centers after 10:00 PM, with requests accepted via text message only.
