A woman was shot yesterday in the Glen Oaks section of Dallas’ Red Bird neighborhood and later died at a hospital, authorities said. Police have launched an investigation into the shooting.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 3:55 p.m. in the 800 block of Green Cove Lane, where investigators found a woman who had been shot. She was taken to a hospital and later died, according to The Dallas Morning News. Officials did not immediately release any additional details.
