Delano Miami Beach is plotting a very 2020s comeback, and this time it is not just reopening a hotel, it is rolling out a full-blown private members club. The new Delano Members Club is set up as a year-round cultural hub, with a capped wave of founding members getting access to private spaces including a fourth-floor pool, a members-only restaurant and a dedicated fitness studio. Perks lean travel obsessed: preferred room rates, flexible check-in and a lifestyle concierge aimed at snagging those hard-to-get reservations, all positioned to turn the property into a roaming guest's home base.
Founding Wave and Reopening Timing
Applications are open for an initial, capped group of 200 founding members, according to Time Out, which reports the club plans a mix of expert talks, masterclasses, live music sessions and DJ residencies. Time Out also notes that founding members receive a complimentary two-night stay and access to a lifestyle concierge, while Delano's membership page highlights benefits such as preferred room rates and flexible check-in. The larger hotel is slated to reopen in late March 2026, per Hotel Management, with the members club positioned as a centerpiece of the relaunch rather than a side project.
The Pool, the Studio and Programming
Designwise, members are being courted with a private fourth-floor pool and a second pool-level amenity deck, Hospitality Design reports. Those outdoor spaces plug into a broader wellness concept branded as The Source by Delano, described as a "social spa" that pairs restoration treatments with group fitness and curated programming that can double as small cultural events. The idea is to give members reasons to stick around the property long after high season ends, not just drop in for a weekend and disappear.
Dining Behind the Velvet Rope
On the food-and-drink front, members will have privileged access to Mimi Kakushi, a 1920s Osaka-inspired Japanese concept on the fourth floor. Delano notes the Dubai-origin venue has been recognized on The World’s 50 Best Bars list and will be reserved for members and hotel guests only. The relaunch also brings Gigi Rigolatto, an Italian restaurant concept developed with Paris Society, to the U.S., according to Hotel Management. Together, the food and beverage lineup is set up to anchor the club calendar with guest chefs, tastings and plenty of poolside service.
How to Apply and What It Means for Miami
Time Out notes that applications are being accepted through Delano’s membership portal, with founders admitted through a selective rollout designed to keep the first cohort tight-knit rather than sprawling. Industry coverage also frames the members club as part of a wider brand push tied to Paris Society’s U.S. debut and broader Delano expansion plans, per Hotel Explorer. As Miami’s private-club scene heats up, Delano’s model is aiming straight for the intersection of hospitality, dining and culture, promising locals and visitors a hotel-based social calendar they might actually plan their trips around.
