Starting Wednesday next week, the right lane of northbound Destrehan Avenue at Eastview Drive will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, until May 30. Jefferson Parish announced the closure is part of a $594,000 sewer lift station rehabilitation project.
Motorists will need to use the available detour lanes during the closure. For more information, residents can contact Sid Trouard from the Sewerage Department at (504) 736-6386.
