The Kaua‘i Police Department issued its latest alert on January 30 and asked anyone with information to contact KPD Dispatch at (808) 241-1711, according to a Kaua‘i County news release. Officials noted that Krizon has no known permanent residence, which they say complicates efforts to trace his movements.
