Four men were shot just before midnight Thursday inside a Midtown Atlanta apartment building, turning a so-called luxury high-rise into an active crime scene and sending all four victims to the hospital in stable condition, according to police. Officers taped off the area and investigators stayed at the complex into the early morning hours.
Police say the gunfire erupted inside a unit at the 903 Peachtree apartments. Officers also recovered a substantial amount of drugs and multiple firearms from that same unit, WSB‑TV reported. The station noted that investigators were reviewing surveillance video from the building and planned to air that footage on its morning newscast.
The tower at 903 Peachtree St. NE is marketed as an upscale Midtown rental, with studios through three-bedroom units and amenities that include a rooftop pool, according to the 903 Peachtree Atlanta website. The building sits in a dense pocket of Midtown near Piedmont Park and a cluster of restaurants and nightlife.

Investigators told WSB‑TV they are combing through surveillance footage from inside the complex as part of the shooting investigation. Officers at the scene were cataloging items removed from the unit while detectives worked to piece together a timeline of what led up to the gunfire.
