A man is dead after officers found him with a gunshot wound to the head Saturday in north St. Louis County. Police say they responded to reports of multiple shots fired and discovered the victim in the 6000 block of Sacramento, where the case was quickly classified as a homicide.

The death has been “ruled a homicide,” FOX 2 reports. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity or any information about possible suspects.
