A Monday afternoon shooting at a home near North 6th Street and Market Street in Muskogee left a man dead and a suspect behind bars, according to police. Officers called to the residence around 2:25 p.m. found a shooting victim with a gunshot wound and rushed him to a Tulsa hospital. According to FOX23, the victim was identified as 33-year-old Mustafrouc Miller. He was taken to a Tulsa hospital after the shooting and died on Tuesday. Muskogee police arrested Shelton Wade Smith in connection with the case.
