A pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in West Chester the incident occurred around 7:55 p.m. on Wednesday, as reported by FOX19. The area of impact was on Tylersville Road, situated between Cincinnati Dayton Road and Hunters Ridge, and the injured individual was initially taken to UC Health West Chester Hospital for medical attention.
Following the collision, the local authorities shut down the stretch of Tylersville Road between Cincinnati Dayton Road and Hunters Ridge for an investigation, and as a result, the road was closed for several hours; however, it reopened later confirming to WLWT, the road was cleared and traffic resumed around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday. The extent of the pedestrian's injuries has not been disclosed, but they were subsequently transferred to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for further treatment.
